ESG Covid-19 Grant Application – Dec 8 Deadline

The City of Mount Vernon is requesting proposals for the 2020 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Annual Funds and Emergency Solutions Grant Covid-19 funds (ESG-CV).  The City intends to allocate ESG annual funds and ESG-CV funds to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID19) among individuals and families who are homeless or receiving homeless assistance; and to support additional homeless assistance and homelessness prevention activities to mitigate the impacts of COVID-19.   


Application workshops to discuss the 2020 Emergency Solutions Grant Application will be held on:

These virtual workshops will cover important information on the types of eligible projects along with the rules and regulations governing the program.  

Attendance at one of these sessions is mandatory for all applicants.   


The City of Mount Vernon will conduct office hours (virtually) to provide applicants an opportunity to ask programmatic questions.
