Please be advised that a special meeting of the Board of Estimate and Contract will be held on Friday, August 9, 2019 At 4:30 PM, in the Mayor’s Conference Room for the purpose of approving an ordinance accepting the resignation of Richard Thomas as Mayor; settling all lawsuit and claims against the City of Mount Vernon, City Council and Comptroller by Mayor Richard Thomas individually and his official capacity as Mayor and further directing the Comptroller to make payment to the Law firm Buss & Jacobs, LLP, and other business that may be presented at said meeting.
