Partnerships

The Mount Vernon recreation team has been built up through the many great partnerships and support systems. We are honored to have support from teams such as the New York Mets and New York Yankees. We take our youth to baseball games throughout the summer in which many times transportation is also provided to and from the stadiums. We encourage all youth to come with their parents to a game to see how the pros perform. It can change a life of a child just from having been exposed to a Major League game at one of our great local teams' stadiums.

Free Baseball Clinics

For age groups 5 to 13 years of age there are free instructional baseball clinics available all winter long. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for all the updates on the times and locations of these exciting clinics. Children will learn about fundamentals and basics in baseball. The youth that participates tend to have much better success during the baseball season. These free clinics are provided by some of the best people in baseball training and instruction today. 

Join the Team

It's important to have children ready to play when the season starts. Building skills is an everyday all-year-round approach. Training to be the best is what we want to reach out to young people. Being a part of a team is important and can be loads of fun. Our coaching staff has over 5 decades of coaching experience and looks to get the best out of each and every child.
