Track and Field Clinic

This summer, the Department of Recreation will offer track and field clinics at the Mount Vernon high school. Monday – Thursday afternoons from 3:30pm – 6:00 pm, children ages 7-12 will learn the fundamentals of running track. Program Fee: $120 per 2-week session.

Basketball Clinic

The Department of Recreation will be hosting a basketball clinic at the Mount Vernon high school for children ages 7-17. This program will teach children the fundamentals of basketball from dribbling, to passing and shooting. The program will run from Monday – Friday, from 1pm – 5pm. Program Fee: $75 per week.

The Department of Recreation, in partnership with Backyard Sports will be hosting a series of two week Soccer Clinics at Hutchinson Field from July 8th – August 15th for children in grades 2nd – 6th.
