The City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers for the purpose of “Adopting the RMF-SC Multi-Family Senior Housing Floating Zone and related changes to the City of Mount Vernon Zoning Map”, and such other business as may be presented before said meeting.
