Your vehicle may be booted or impounded if you have 3 or more unpaid parking tickets over 30
days old. If so, all Mount Vernon parking tickets under the registered owners’ name (all
license plate numbers) plus a boot/impound fee must be paid prior to a release being issued.
There is no parking ticket reduction permitted on the booted/impounded vehicle.
If you are pleading not guilty on 1 or more parking tickets, bond money in the amount due must
be collected and court date(s) set prior to a release being issued.
Payment must be made by cash, certified check or money order. |
