Helpful hints about paying your parking ticket online:

• If you have any questions prior to payment, please call (914) 665-2592. 
• Our office hours are 8:30a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
• A payment is a plea of guilty and no refund will be issued once a payment is processed.
• No partial payments accepted.
• Plates that are booted, impounded, reduced and scofflaw CANNOT be paid online.
• Early payments CANNOT be processed online.  The discounted amount must be paid in person or by mail (the postmark will be considered the payment date). 
• You will be charged a convenience fee in addition to the fine amount of your ticket.
• The payment system will be down for maintenance on Saturdays between 12:00AM to 12:00PM
• Accepted credit cards: American Express, Discover and Mastercard.
• Electronic checks and debit cards (PIN-less) are also accepted.
