The Mount Vernon Police Foundation presents its Fifth Annual Golf Outing on Monday, September 13th at Leewood Country Club in Eastchester, NYJuly 13, 2010; Police Department
On Monday, September 13 th, 2010, we will be hosting our Fourth Annual Mount Vernon Police Foundation, (“MVPF”) Charity Golf Outing at the Leewood Golf Club in Eastchester, NY. The Mount Vernon Police Foundation is a not-for profit corporation which conducts events to
benefit the Mount Vernon Police Department. The foundation was born out of the idea to help our
local law enforcement with their special needs. The board and its members are made up of local
community leaders who either live or work in the Mount Vernon area.
Our Vision and Mission is very simple; MVPF will strive to build a strong relationship with
local community leaders and citizens alike to benefit our local law enforcement. We will accomplish
this through our dedication and commitment to raising money through charitable events.
We are planning an event filled with fun and excitement which will be memorable for all.
Leewood Golf Club and its staff will certainly ensure that we enjoy our day of golfing, lunch and a
delicious dinner.
