Patricia L. Albano, a native of Yonkers and a long time resident of Mount Vernon, began working as the Director of Parking Ticket Collections in October 1998.

 

Patricia attended Iona College and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She also has an Associate degree in Business-Accounting from Westchester Community College and a Financial Planning Certificate from Lehman College.

 

Prior to working for the City of Mount Vernon, Ms. Albano held various business positions within the private sector including benefit allocations, real estate management and accounts receivable.

 

Patricia is married and has four children.
