How do I file an anonymous complaint?

All complaints may remain anonymous unless it pertains to your individual dwelling unit. In such case, you will be required to give your name, address and number, along with your apartment/floor number, name of landlord, address and phone number, a detailed description of your complaint and be available at an appointed time to allow the Inspector access.
