Please be advised there will be a special meeting of the Board of

 Estimate and Contract meeting held Thursday December 29, 2011

at 8:30 am in the Mayor’s Conference Room. The purpose of the meeting

is to adopt the annual estimate for 2012. 

A special meeting of the City Council will be held on Thursday,

December 29, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.  The purpose

of the meeting is to call for a public hearing on the annual estimate 2012.
